Root-level `FINISHED.mdx` ignores live updates

Current behavior
When editing the root-level FINISHED.mdx of the entire workshop, any changes made to the file do not force a live update in the app's UI. You have to manually refresh the page for the updates to the content of the MDX to be displayed correctly.
Expected behavior
When editing the root-level FINISHED.mdx of the entire workshop, the changes made to the file automatically appear on the page via live updates as they do for other MDX files for the rest of the workshop.
May also be a glob issue.
