Make polling intervals configurable

I'm using mpDris2 on my phone in order to show remote mpd's status. Unfortunately, mpDris2 wakes up a lot - every 5 seconds when it can't connect to the server, and every 15 seconds when it's connected. This needlessly eats up the battery.
Low intervals may be useful on a desktop for quick (re)connection, but on mobile they don't really help. It would be great to be able to configure it.
