Bring Participation to the infrastructure layer

It might be that we decide to only bring in parts of the Participation contract (e.g. just buying the shares rather than selling them), but this issue is tracking the shift of this logic into a universal "gateway" contract.
This architecture change reduces the size of a deployed fund and takes away a bit of ambiguity regarding custody while an investment is pending.
