Docker tag 4.0 is pointing to latest 4.1 release

Hello all,

I am pulling down the 4.0 tag expecting it to be pointing to the latest bugfix version of 4.0.X. However, it looks like it is pointing to the image build for 4.1.X (which in this case is 4.1.0), instead of the latest build for 4.0.X (which in this case is 4.0.1). Please let me know if that is expected behavior so I can change how I point to images. Thanks!
