Add Support for K8s Credentials

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Could not find how to create a K8s Credential through the provider.
Describe the solution you'd like
similar to env0_aws_credentials, a way to create env0_k8s_credentials or something like it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Must use API for now https://api.env0.com/credentials
Additional context
I am assuming that it will then use cloud_credentials_project_assignment resource to map it to a project.
