Voice feature

I'm kind of confused about the call feature ,when you call there is some other voice used than what is set in settings. Also is by using mic yourself the only way make the model continue to speak it's responses? And is there no way to stop the audio which is playing that moment?
When you place a call, the voice being used is the one that is initial set. You can click on the menu button (3 vertical dots) to toggle the 'Push to Talk' and 'Change Voice' options on and off. Hope this helps.
