Enable grey/beta options such as Auto Questions/Auto UI

Is there a switch we could turn on in order to enable the options? I can't find anything in the documentation? Or should we hide them based on user preferences?
Right now function calling doesn't work well across models. This is why they are disabled. However with models being more reliable now we can try to turn it on. I'll keep this ticket updated based on our progress.
