[BUG] Leftover persona "Dev"?

Description

Is it intended to have both "Dev" and "Developer" personas? "Dev" is hidden by default, which is perhaps why it hasn't been noticed? "Dev"'s system prompt is included in "Developer", and I think most developers would want an advanced assistant, rather than a basic one. The Cursor community has been sharing more advanced system prompts.

"Developer" imposes a cutoff date of Aug 2023. Is that intended? Why not leave that up to the model(s)?

Thanks - this shall be also taken care off once we fully redo the Personas system #35 .
