Update OpenAI models to the models to 0125

OpenAI announced today Jan 25 2024, some model updates, including:

  • GPT-4 Turbo improved; GPT-3.5 Turbo's cost halved (next week release)
  • Enhanced & cheaper embedding models
  • Flexible Embeddings: New technique to shorten embeddings with low quality loss

The support for new models has been added. With the occasion all the namings and descriptions have been updated, including the "symlink" models (e.g. GPT-4 which points to gpt-4-0613, etc.)
