permission issue with es_data on elk vm

needs to be chmodded to 777 or chown to 1000:root
I would assume this was fixed by enowars/EnoELK@f833e19 ? But the dates of this issue and the commit do not line up.
Any idea what this was and if we need to look into it again @Trolldemorted ?
I think ES just became less picky in the last releases
