Rename OpenVPN's client.conf to client.ovpn

Apparently that's their preferred file extension.
Not really sure about that, at least the standard systemd services on Ubuntu etc. expect the config file to have a .conf extension
This is indeed an upstream issue: "Note that on Linux, BSD, or unix-like OSes, the sample configuration files are named server.conf and client.conf. On Windows they are named server.ovpn and client.ovpn."
