add compare mode to check if we can update

add compare mode with possibility to add libs and show what has support and which ones not
how do you envision this feature in terms of UI?
It would be sth like this: #27
But before the CLI thing I was thinking sth like:
- Show compare button (label can be different)
- Clicking should open a modal
- In the modal we paste our package.json
- Parse pacakge.json and showcase to the dev what he can update and what has support
