selecting gsl-dev network bricks app if network can't connect

reproduce on real mobile phone with no gsl-dev running:

1. change network to nctr-gsl-dev
2. no timeout. will try to load forever
3. kill app
4. try to change back to nctr-k
5. no timeout. will try to load forever
6. kill app

no way to get back. guess uninstall & install is the only solution
