Goldeneye XBLA - Xenia crashes upon selecting/picking up the Grenade Launcher

Upon selecting the Grenade Launcher xenia crashes. This is replicable 100% of the time and its the same for several people.
Before today (05.06-2021) you could select the Grenade Launcher like any other weapon with no issue.
Same here... also with xenia_canary
use release 1.13.3 instead until this is fixed in the latest version.
