Publish as official plugin

Would be great if this were signed as an officially release plugin so we could use it in Grafana Cloud or in organizations where plugins must be signed.. Is there something preventing you from doing so?

@johntdyer I talked to Grafana team for verification. They want to ensure that a plugin is longterm maintained (which makes total sense to me). They told me they prefer plugins to be maintained by the vendor of a tool or if there is any alternative.
As there is an alternative through a LaunchDarkly-own integration, we moved towards that (which I partially tested successful).
So I guess we'd not move further with this plugin (which should be stated in the README).
