Can't login to server with self-signed SSL Certificate

I'm unable to log in to my server that utilizes a self-signed SSL certificate in the app. It continues to say that I need to check if it's active/reachable, but I can access it from my browser normally. I'm using the latest version of the app (currently): 1.6.1
