Suggestion: Add Drop Rule PASS

Add a drop rule that passes the trinket to the killer of the entity wearing said trinket if that slot doesn't have a trinket in it already, the drop or go directly to an inventory slot.
This seems like a very specific behavior better suited implemented by the mod interested itself instead of Trinkets, see TrinketDropCallback
