Mastermind warns about non-unique names even if no binds need them

The "you don't have unique names, continue?" dialog should only pop up if there's at least one bind with a key assigned that uses by-name, ie, one of the select-by-name binds, or Bodyguard Mode. If those are clear, we should blow past without warning.
This is fixed in the mastermind branch and will be part of the next release.
