Move Main Classes from UL to NAV Element on Navigation

Instead of having the main classes on the ULs place them on the surrounding <nav> element.

Changing the navigation to have the slasses applied to the main nav element instead of only to the ul elements.

When providing the navClases array to the options the first positon is the classes that get applied to the nav element.
