Embench 1.0 documentation refers to itself as 0.5

The doc directory in the embench-1.0-branch https://github.com/embench/embench-iot/blob/embench-1.0-branch/doc/README.md still claims it is version 0.5
Yes, the document needs updating. We should rephrase the second point of principle 4 in "About Embench".
