通过docker打包成war包或jar包镜像后启动报错：Factory method 'resourceHandlerMapping' threw exception; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerException

1、el-admin版本为2.5 其中springboot 版本 自行升级至2.2.3
2、部署到容器里启动报错，本地以jar包或war包启动不报错
3、启动时报错信息如下：
