Failed Rituals with Dungeons Gear

Describe the bug
Playing Eidolon with Dungeons Gear causes three rituals to not work. The purifying ritual and both of the sanguine items rituals. It seems like it stops working right as it goes to use the potion parts of the rituals. The sanguine items rituals stop right away since the potions are already in the brazier. The purifying ritual will use up the item at the brazier, then the two enchanted ash items and then stop working as it goes to the potion, with the ritual sign effect above the brazier popping.
To Reproduce
Try to perform either of these three rituals (purifying ritual, sanguine items rituals) while also having Dungeons Gear (version 3.0.6) installed. In my case I've tried it in creative mode.

Minecraft version: 1.16.4 (singleplayer)
Eidolon version: 0.2.7
Forge version: 35.1.36
Dungeons Gear version: 3.0.6
