Ritual of Purifying does not keep NBT of Zombified Mobs

When using the Ritual of Purifying, affected Zombified Piglins and Hoglins do not keep their NBT, which includes aspects such as baby status and armor, held item and internal inventory which Piglins use to store items.

To reproduce, do a Ritual of Purifying near Zombified mobs.
