Porting gimp-elsamuko to Gimp 3

Some distributions started to adopt Gimp 3 in their repository. Will it be possible to get the plugin ready for the future release? Some GIMP 3 addon developers already started the project i.e. https://github.com/bootchk/resynthesizer/tree/resynthesizer3
