Cloudflare.com connection timed out, just one specific icon, rest of icons work fine

Describe your issue here, and if possible, add an image.
Attempt to download icon from searching "SF Symbols", clicking the second of two icons with just a single blue star.
Here's the URL that fails:

seems like only the back4app file URLs work
