pull container network stats

@serejja @iamyurkas @kgelles @olebedyn once we rebuild mesos with the network stats and/or DCOS 1.3 has that in there (i asked them todo it in their next build) we can scoop up the per container information. This is really important and feeds into the work also for the calico components. This is where we gather that and would want to have the data in a note book.
