The package doesn't exist anymore.
Also this seems no longer to exist?: github.com/grpc-ecosystem/grpc-gateway/protoc-gen-grpc-gateway/descriptor
I wrote a replacement at go-bridget/twirp-swagger-gen. It should be line compatible, but I don't rely on external .proto files much, so your mileage may vary if you do. I haven't had any problems with first party .proto definitions. I'll suggest that it be listed in the twirp docs.
