Incorrect description in the IEx Helpers section.

In the portuguese version of the page, the description text for the IEx Helpers section is incorrect:
Checking the English version, it doesn't have a description. Maybe we could remove this "{: .excerpt }" from the Portuguese section?
It is my first issue, sorry if i said something wrong.
