This is not really an issue report. Just wanted to give props because I really am having a grand ol time with this library and I'm only getting started. This'll end up being a wormhole where all my productivity goes if I let it.

Currently using it to put calendar event information on the display with this project.

@lawik thanks so much for the comment, its really appreciated. None of this would be possible without the fantastic platform that is Vix so most of the credit is due to @akash-akya and of course to @jcupitt for libvips without which none of this would be possible.
My goal with Image is always to make image processing a delightful developer experience and to make image processing fun. Your comment suggests we are making some progress!
I have a bunch of additional areas of interest coming up - a Plug-based image server being high on the list. And I'm fascinated by SQIP which I will take over the next couple of months. That will force me to focus on some additional abstractions like "image stacks" which effectively will turn image composition into a data type with some standardised functions.
Anyway, really happy you're having fun and I appreciate all you support for keeping the motivation high!
PS: Love the video. Perhaps need to render a label 11 on the dial? :-)
