Normal maps won't get connected / Have to connect them manually

Nowadays, anytime I try to use the plugin using a URL or copy from clipboard. It never automatically sets up the Normal Map files.
I have to manually go into the shader and attach the NormalGL.png file through a Normal Map Node.
which in my opinion defeats the entire point of the plugin..

Version of Blender: 3.0
Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit
I am also experiencing issues in Blender 3.3 with LSS 1.8.0 and ambinettextures where the material has no normals.
It would be great to have an option in the preferences to either select to user normals, if available, or displacement, or both.
