I have been given an error when attempting to enable the addon

Start with a clear and concise description of what the bug is, then provide:
- I installed blender using steam because I kept getting errors I was too tired to deal with when using the given installers on the blender website. I'm not sure if steams installation process is similar to how blender normally does it because I'm getting an error that is describing an inability to locate necessary files if I gathered the information correctly
- URL of the material or world that failed to import (and variant, if applicable): https://...
- no material has been used yet as I haven't gotten past installation
- Version of LilySurfaceScrapper: x.x.x (MUST be the last one! See https://github.com/eliemichel/LilySurfaceScrapper/releases/latest to check)
- Im attempting to run: [LilySurfaceScrapper-v1.3.1.zip(https://github.com/eliemichel/LilySurfaceScraper/releases/download/v1.3.1/LilySurfaceScrapper-v1.3.1.zip)
- Version of Blender: x.xx
- I'm Running blender version 3.1.2 from what it says on the bottom right
- Operating System: Windows/OSX/linux with as much details as possible
- I'm on a windows 11 pro operating system with an intel core and Nvidia graphics card
- If relevant, add some screenshot
- here is the screenshot for more details that I couldn't describe in the report
The version 1.3.1 of the addon that you tried to use is very outdated (more than 2 years old). Use the last version instead!
