Errors with importing HDRI's from https://hdrihaven.com

so im getting a sota bug when ever i import a hdri from hdri haven
i have included a screen shot and a text file of the error log

maybe its the html of hdri heaven making the error packet error or connection error indicating it cant find the hdr
