[FEATURE] Upgrade to PHP 8.1 in Docker image

Is your feature request related to a problem?
PHP 8.0 is in active support until Dec 2022 only, whereas PHP 8.1 is actively supported until Dec 2023 (see PHP roadmap). Therefore, using PHP 8.1 is safer and allows better support of the Docker image.

Switch to php:8.1-alpine at https://github.com/eliashaeussler/cache-warmup/blob/0.6.4/Dockerfile#L4.
