Deleting cache doesn't refresh number of Detected URLs in footer bar

In log, "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1" 200 it seems normal.
Issue 1: 24 URLs were detected. The rest of your site's URLs will be discovered during crawling.
Why it should update? Because I already deleted many permalinks so I feel it should refresh.
Issue 2: Delete Deploy cache button doesn't delete "static-html-output" directory content causing previous design deployment

Resolved.
Perhaps it was a permission issue. I have added feedback here at point 4.
