Archive manager does not work with network mounts like samba

What Happened?
Fileroller does not work with networks mounts like samba.
In default File explorer:
- on right click "Compress" nothing happens
- on right click "Extract Here" message pops (see below)
Opening archived file directly in archive manager and then choose to "Extract" does not work either, because path is wrong. It looks like /run/user/1000/doc/aab08179
instead of expected smb://<some path>
.
Steps to Reproduce
- make windows network mount smb://
- using io.elementary.files browser copy some tar.gz files there
- then try to use right click "Extract Here" and "Compress"
- Also try to use "open with" Archive manager and extract package in the same folder
Expected Behavior
Archive manager should be able to handle smb:// mount points and compress/extract files.
Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and it works as expected.
