Can't interact with text inside a spoiler warning (e.g. copy text, click links)

Steps to reproduce
- Post a
/spoilermessage containing a URL - Try to click the URL
- Since you can't, try to copy the URL to paste it somewhere else
- Copy the URL by hand, letter by letter, like a caveman
Outcome
What did you expect?
I should be able to select and copy text in a spoiler block.
(What I really wanted was to click a link, but that should be a separate issue for spoilers not supporting formatting, I think? Copying the URL text would have been my fallback.)
What happened instead?
I can't interact with it -- select, click, etc. all fail and instead toggle the blur effect.
