purchaseType: add more categories for "Other services"

User need:
"Other services" currently covers A LOT of purchases.
Solution:
Add EXIOBASE categories in that are more in depth:
- Post and telecommunication services (64)
- Computer and related services (72)
- Research and development services (73)
- Other business services (74)
Just to be clear, I think what you mean is to add the weights that enable to map COICOP categories to the exiobase categories you mention?
No. These are not COICOP categories but EXIOBASE categories directly.
Follow-up from discussion with @corradio:
Monetary emission factors can only be COICOP categories
If you want to add new monetary emission factors
- Find the most accurate COICOP category (source)
- Update the concordance table with source and new COICOP categories
- Run the script
