[Bug]: Getting this issue while cloning the repository at win 11

Describe the bug
This img is during the installation proces and it is struck for about 2-3 mins
then it gives this error
Reproduction Steps
I am just cloning the repository
Expected behavior
It have to clone the repository without any error
