Add share button with shortlinks

Kibana visualisations and dashboards can easily be shared with coworkers via the "Share" button, where you can generate shortlinks (great for IM). It would be great to have the same feature in Timelion.
@tcwalther Timelion is now part of Kibana. Could you file this issue in https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues when you get a chance?
