[Feature Request] Adding support for Cloud ID when connecting to ESS

It would be great to support Cloud ID when configuring target hosts that are hosted on Elastic Cloud to simplify the command line usage for end users.
Might be easier to default certain settings like SSL if the target is confirmed to be ESS hosted?
