"Needs attention" text cannot be copied

Kibana version: 8.13.0-SNAPSHOT
When an integration is experiencing an issue, a "Needs attention" warning appears. This allows the user to see a potential cause for the problem. An example of this is shown in the following screen shot:
Unhelpfully, the text that is displayed cannot be copied. This makes using the text to search logs or possible related issue on the internet harder.
This text should be able to be copied, either by adding a copy button, or just by not preventing the text from being copied.
