Create profile with exposed Kibana and Elasticsearch ports

Hello, I need a guidance on how to create profile with snapshot.yml having ports exposed on 5601:5601 instead of 127.0.0.1:5601:5601 (similarly for port 9200). Simply copying and pasting default profile & fixing paths is not enough, since snapshot.yml is overwritten each time I run elastic-package stack up.
