New Error Fresh Install `InfluxDB Error: error authorizing query`

Not sure what's going on but on a new install has this error.
Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-84-generic x86_64)
InfluxDB Error: error authorizing query: create admin user first or disable authentication
An incorrect docker configuration was to blame for this error.
