Speed and duplex (enhancement request)

Hi,
I have an enhancement request.
I am currently troublshooting issues where the speed and duplex of a port changes on its own.
Currentyl ha-edgeos does not show speed an duplex as a sensor.
Since both values are available via websocket: Could you please include them as sensors/entities ?
