Draw and order mounting plate

Screen defines the size of the screen plate, which defines the mounting and back plate.
Stuff needed to be mounted:
- battery
- Raspberry PI zero W
- charger
The screen is quite thick in the middle, so mounting plate needs to have an opening there.
