Make it sync both ways with norch.io

A little out of scope, but putting it here for the time being:
- For each item crawled and indexed locally, it should be synced with your account on norch.io
- Stuff already stored on norch.io should first get synced with client
- So each user don't have to pester the server for static files too much
This is something for crawlerbrowser-housekeeper.
