Migration to Travis-CI.com

As of December 31st, 2020, Travis-CI.org will be shutting down. Therefore, the CI will have to be migrated to Travis-CI.com, which should be seamless. The migration process is described in https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/migrate/open-source-repository-migration.

  • Migrate CI using the guide.
  • Update badge and link on readme.
  • Update links in documentation.
  • Update required CI verifications for PRs.
