Feature request: pull guice config into separate library

Hi Eric,

I ran across your "Config, Guice, Akka, and Spray" template while looking for a way to @Inject configuration using Typesafe Config. It would be awesome if it could be extracted into its own library, and made available via a maven/sbt repo.
