Move Package to egraphs-good Org?

I am opening this issue to discuss the possibility of moving this repo to the @egraphs-good organization. Most features of egglog are supported now in the high level bindings, and all features are supported through the low-level ones, to directly execute commands.
The egglog repo was moved there recently and I think it would make sense to have this repo in the same organization, for a few reasons:
- Help new folks find this Python package if they are looking for bindings
- By having a "blessed" version of the bindings, could encourage people to contribute to that instead of starting their own bindings, helping to consolidate effort
This would be similar to how the snake-egg repository is there alongside the egg repository.
I am happy to continue maintaining this package in its new location.
Closing for now, happy to re-open if there is interest or once things become more stable.
Now that the project is more stable, it's been moved to the @egraphs-good org. Thanks @mwillsey! See #92 for the PR updating links.
