1911 iron sights offset

Seems to be a regression in 7.1. Was fine in 7.0.
The front sight cannot be seen and the grouping is slightly to the right.
This commit seems to be the culprit: 7558d1c. reverting these values fixes the issues. haven't tested the other weapons yet.
Hmm, tested out that code commit with Glock 17, UMP, SCAR-H and M4 Super 90 and the they worked reasonably fine.
Yeah so seems like only 1911 is the issue.
